Wow, I have been SO busy. I am incredibly lucky! I have really fallen behind on my blog posts, so I decided to post a bunch at once. Thanks to everyone that has taken a chance on me this last year. You have really made my dream come true. I feel like the luckiest person in the world to have met so many wonderful people that have touched my heart in ways I will never forget. Thank you!
Photography Fun!
2 weeks ago, my photographer friend Paige Elizabeth and I went up to Aspen, CO to photograph Misti and Lucas' wedding. We had an absolute blast! The night before we were playing with our camera equipment to make sure our photos would be perfect the next day. Here are some of my favorite shots we took that night and a couple from the wedding day...

Ryanne.
So, I got to have a very new and exciting experience last weekend. Ryanne came up to my place, so I could take some "body" shots for her boyfriend. It was really challenging to photograph nudity, but make it tasteful at the same time. In the end, we were both really pleased. Many of the shots are not appropriate for some eyes, but here is one of my favorites of the day...
Bruce and Gloria
This Christmas, I got to photograph my aunt and uncle at my dad's house in Cleveland. They are such amazing people. I am lucky to have them in my family. Here are a couple of shots I got. If you want to see more, here's their slideshow... http://www.arosephotography.com/Bruce_Gloria/

The Bride.
One of my favorites parts of a wedding day is focussing on beautiful portraits of the bride. Last Monday I had a wonderful experience doing just that on Allison and Adam's wedding day. Allison was so beautiful next to this window. It was too hard to resist! Here are some of my favorite shots of her...

Another amazing trip to Aspen!
Wow. What an amazing wedding! I feel like this last weekend was a dream. I had a once in a life time experience to ride horse-drawn sleighs up to the Pine Creek Cookhouse in Aspen's national forest to photograph Misti and Lucas' wedding. We had snow flurries all weekend, so it was a beautiful winter wonderland the whole day. They were married in the middle of a valley tucked away where no cars have access. It was truly unbelievable.
We got to end the day with a fireworks show in downtown Aspen. You could actually feel the explosions hit the mountains beside us. To Lucas, Misti, and their family... Thank you SO much for choosing me to be a part of your incredible day! To view the slideshow, click here... http://www.arosephotography.com/Misti_Lucas/

Jenny and Jesse's New Year's Wedding!
Kirk and I were so lucky to be a part of Jenny and Jesse's wedding last weekend. It was a truly magical evening and I am glad we got to document their special day. I could not have asked for a sweeter group of people to work with. It felt so good to be respected in the way we were. Thank you to all that attended and especially Jenny, Jesse, and their parents. Congratulations you two!
